Proper Way To Sit

 

 

 

 

If you have to sit often, try to do it correctly.  Sit Up Straight.  This means

  1. Don’t lean forward
  2. Relax your shoulders
  3. Bend your elbows at a 90 degree angle
  4. Try to support your lower back
  5. Position your feet flat on the floor

Sitting for long periods of time is responsible for many health problems including “Foggy Brain”.  Learn More at Washington Post Article.   What Not To Do This is the Wrong Way To Sit.  Remember what Mom always said – sit up straight and hold your shoulders back.
